Once you have chosen your chocolates, simply add to the shopping cart and upon checkout, you can pay using most of major debit and credit cards.

All chocolates are made to order and we aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days to ensure you receive them as fresh as possible.

If the chocolates are stored in a dry, cool place and away from direct sunlight, then the chocolates will stay fresh for 6 months. In most cases, its recommended to consume the chocolates within 3-4 weeks to get the best out of them.

Depending on the fillings (e.g. dairy based filling) , there are some chocolates that will have a shorter shelf life and these will be cleary noted in the description box of the associated product.

We take every care to package your chocolates so that they arrive to you in perfect condition, however, just occassionally, there are casualties from the postal service.

We can only accept refunds if they arrive damaged. In those cases, we will require photographic evidence of the damage to the outer packaging and the product.

In order for the refund to be considered the above needs to be sent within 24hrs of receiving your order.

We want to ensure that our chocolates can be enjoyed by many and we are constantly researching and adding more to our range to accomodate those with dietary requirements. On the shop page you will see the current range of chocolates available for those who require dairy -free or vegan based chocolates but keep on coming back as we will be adding further to the range
